At Runestone & Rook, we aim to deliver your magical goods as swiftly and reliably as possible. Here's how we handle shipping for both physical and digital items:

📥 Digital Downloads

  • All digital products (pintable's, trackers, token packs, etc.) are delivered instantly via email and/or direct download after checkout.

  • If you do not receive your file within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first.

  • Still missing? Contact us at runestonandrook@gmail.com and we’ll resend your link promptly.

📦 Physical Products (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories)

Our physical goods are made to order through a print-on-demand partner to reduce waste and ensure quality.

⏳ Fulfillment Time

  • Production usually takes 2–7 business days depending on the item and season.

  • You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

🌍 Shipping Time Estimates

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Note: These are estimates. Customs delays or carrier issues may occasionally affect delivery time.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

❗ Lost or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipping, reach out to us with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll do our best to make it right.
